Alright, I'll try to help with the pics but they stumped me at first, too; they're kinda tricky. First, you need to choose the photo that you want to use and save it to your computer (if you got it from the web)- I usually use my desktop. Then, on the page where you're actually writing your blog, there will be a little icon of a mountain or something in that huge mess of icons in the blog toolbar (I think when you hover over it with your mouse it says something like "insert image"). Click on that to add an image. Click on "browse" and then when you find the photo you want, click on "upload". Once uploaded, you can click on the little pencil icon in the bottom right corner of the picture to resize it, crop it, etc. Then hit the green check mark to "ok" it and it will be inserted into your blog wherever your cursor is currently placed.
